Third, from other low-risk counties (cities, districts, banners, municipalities directly under the Central Government, streets, towns and villages) where high-risk areas in China are located (or the travel code is a green code with *), they must hold a negative certificate of 1 nucleic acid test within 48 hours and land at the highway checkpoint or "one stop, two stops" after arrival.

Four, the low-risk areas outside the autonomous region to (back to) the package and the low-risk areas in the autonomous region between the floating population (health code and communication travel code are not abnormal), need to hold 1 negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours, after arrival in the highway checkpoint or "two stations at a time" for landing nucleic acid sampling, and after the temperature test is normal, release.

For those who return from overseas and lift the centralized isolation at the first entry point 14 days, they must report to the local community (Gacha Village) in advance and implement the control measures of "7-day home health monitoring". During the period, do a good job in monitoring body temperature and symptoms, reduce activities, do personal protection when going out, do not participate in gathering activities, and conduct a nucleic acid test on the second and seventh days respectively.

Six, strict restrictions on personnel travel in high-risk areas and counties (cities, districts). Don't go to high-risk areas and counties (cities, districts) in China unless necessary. It is really necessary to do personal protection all the time and try to avoid going to crowded places; Before returning, you must take the initiative to report to your community (Gacha Village) and unit; Upon arrival and return, they should actively cooperate with the implementation of relevant control measures in China.

Seven, the implementation of closed management for more than 7 days of returning college students, must hold the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours and the relevant certificate issued by the university to leave school and return home, and report to the local community (Gacha Village) in advance, eligible returning college students are no longer isolated, and home health monitoring is implemented for 7 days after they get home. If there is any abnormality, it should be reported to the local community and the epidemic prevention and control department in time; If isolation is really necessary, all counties and districts will be exempted from centralized isolation fees.

Eight, the port contact with entry personnel, goods, the environment of high-risk positions and centralized isolation places, designated medical institutions, fever clinics and other high-risk positions, should try to avoid travel, really need to travel, must meet the off-duty time of more than 14 days and hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours, and report to the unit.

Nine, the highway checkpoints, "one station and two stations" to implement the national mutual recognition of nucleic acid test results, and shall not repeat the test within the prescribed period of validity. Other cities in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region have done the landing nucleic acid test, and those who arrive in our city on the same day should recognize the results of the nucleic acid test, and no landing nucleic acid sampling will be carried out, and the test shall not be repeated within the specified time.

Ten, completely cancel the epidemic prevention restrictions of freight vehicles from low-risk areas. For freight vehicles coming from or entering or leaving the city where the high-risk area is located, on the basis that the drivers and passengers are proved to be negative by nucleic acid test, green health code and normal body temperature test within 48 hours and meet the epidemic prevention requirements, declare in advance can take comprehensive measures such as "vehicle dynamic monitoring+video monitoring" or escort guidance, and strictly implement closed-loop management measures to ensure traffic; The "nucleic acid+antigen" test method should be adopted for truck drivers and passengers who have been negative for nucleic acid test for more than 48 hours. Those with negative antigen test should be released immediately, and vehicles should not be restricted on the grounds of waiting for the results of nucleic acid test. If it is found that the nucleic acid test is positive, it should be controlled immediately.

Eleven, the city's entertainment venues, business premises, public * * * places in accordance with the principle of "who operates, who is responsible, who runs, who is responsible", strictly implement the prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement, on-site code scanning, hygiene code, wearing masks, "1 rice flour", cleaning and disinfection.

Twelve, to (back) package personnel such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell (taste), diarrhea, sore throat and other symptoms, please go to the fever clinic in time, don't go to work or school sick; If the health code is red or yellow, or there is an epidemic in the relevant area recently, it is necessary to report to the community (village), unit or hotel immediately, and cooperate with various prevention and control measures. Those who conceal, falsely report or fail to implement prevention and control measures according to regulations, resulting in the risk of epidemic spread in COVID-19 or other serious consequences, will be investigated for responsibility and punished according to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and other laws and regulations.
