Does China Merchants Bank charge for sending SMS by credit card?

There is no charge for SMS of China Merchants Bank credit card. Upon verification, the short message service fee without the written authorization of the customer, telephone recording or electronic signature of the customer service center is included in the free items stipulated by the government. So we don't charge for short messages, but whether we can receive short messages depends on the communication service provider of the mobile phone, the network quality in the area and the state of the mobile phone.
