For domestic calls, just press 0086 and add a domestic mobile phone. For domestic calls to the UK, 0044 should be added before the phone number, but the 0 before the UK mobile phone number should be removed. For example, the number in Britain is 0772 1223447. For domestic calls, just press 004472 1223447.
