How to cancel the telecommunications package?

For forced cancellation of China Telecom’s main package, you can log in to the Telecom online business hall.

1. Log in to the Telecom Online Business Hall to handle changes and cancellations.

2. First log in to the telecom user account, then select the service and click Cancel to cancel the package.

3. Use your own number to dial 10000 Telecom customer service to cancel.

4. Edit the text message "0" and send it to 10001. According to the menu options, send the cancellation code.

5. Bring your valid ID to the local telecommunications business for cancellation.
