Why are mobile text messages automatically deleted?

It may be that there is not enough storage space and the phone automatically releases the memory, or it may be that you accidentally set it.

1. Check whether the "Delete old information" setting is turned on: Information-More-Settings-More Settings-Delete old information-Off (different models Mobile phone operation paths may be slightly different).
