How to query the account book of Bank of Communications savings card on mobile phone?

For mobile phone inquiry, select Download Mobile Banking Inquiry.

Detailed transaction records of Bank of Communications can be queried in the following four ways:

1. You need to bring your ID card, card or passbook to the non-cash business window of Bank of Communications Branch for printing/inquiry by bank staff;

2. Bring your bank card to the Bank of Communications outlets for self-service inquiry and printing. Self-service inquiry machine-insert card-enter password-enter inquiry details page-historical details-enter inquiry and print required date-/print inquiry;

3. Log in to personal online banking of Bank of Communications-open personal account bill, and select the time period of bill inquiry-export bill details to view transaction records (prerequisite: online banking function is required);

4. Download the customer service terminal of the mobile APP of Bank of Communications, log in to mobile banking, my account and account details, and you can view the account transaction records (premise: mobile e-banking is required).
