What does the fire trinity mean?

Three in one means that the warehouse, production workshop and dormitory are in the same building.

The same building space can be an independent building or a part of a building, and there is no effective fire separation between accommodation and other use functions.

Article 15 of the Fire Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Fire Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) clearly stipulate that buildings with workshops or warehouses shall not be equipped with staff quarters. In the building with workshop or warehouse, if the staff dormitory has been set up, it should be solved within a time limit. If it is really difficult for the time being, necessary fire safety measures should be taken, and it can continue to be used after approval by public security fire control institutions.

Matters needing attention

There are many users and legal persons in many three-in-one buildings, which will inevitably lead to unclear property rights and responsibilities. In the fire safety management, the performance is that each user has his own way, and there is no special person responsible for fire safety, so the management is very chaotic.

The management level of most owners of three-in-one buildings is low: most three-in-one business premises have not formulated fire safety systems and fire safety operating procedures at all, have not implemented the fire safety responsibility system, and have not conducted fire prevention publicity and education for employees. At the same time, employees have not received fire training and education, and lack fire awareness. Once a fire breaks out, it is difficult to escape and save yourself successfully.
