1. Examination time and location

Examination time: November 12-13, 2022 (specifically, the information on the candidate’s admission ticket shall prevail).

Examination location: Teaching Building, School of Computer Science and Engineering, Sichuan University of Light and Chemical Technology (Yibin Lingang Campus).

2. Preparation before the exam

1. Within 7 days before the exam, candidates must strictly follow the relevant requirements for epidemic prevention and control in the "Healthy Sichuan Official WeChat "Sichuan Disease Control Health Tips"; You should not travel to counties (cities, districts) in China where medium and high-risk areas are located within the first 7 days. You should not travel overseas and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan within 10 days before the exam; you should not go into crowded or poorly ventilated places; you should not be exposed to respiratory symptoms such as fever and cough. Patients; do not have contact with confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons, and people in medium- and high-risk areas; and must not conceal their itinerary, illness, symptoms, etc. Candidates who are still under control or quarantined at home, and who come from medium- and high-risk areas are not allowed to take the exam.

2. Starting from 7 days before the exam, you should self-monitor your body temperature and health status every day. If you have abnormal symptoms such as fever (body temperature ≥37.3℃), dry cough, you must go to the fever clinic of a medical institution for screening and treatment in a timely manner. Candidates whose "health code" is abnormal during the preparation period should find out the reason in time (you can call 12345 for manual consultation), and conduct relevant tests according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control. The body temperature is normal and the "health code" of Sichuan Tianfu Health Pass shows " Only those with a green code and "health status of low risk" can take the exam

3. All candidates must submit three negative nucleic acid test reports completed in Yibin City three days before the exam, calculated based on the sampling time (i.e. Nucleic acid negative certificates issued on November 9, 10, and 11), the body temperature is normal, and the Sichuan Tianfu Health Pass Health Code, "Residence History in Risky Cities" and "Travel Card" are all green codes before you can take the exam.

4. Fill out the "Commitment Letter for Candidates to Prevent and Control Together" (Attachment 1) truthfully, and those who deliberately conceal the spread of the epidemic will bear relevant legal responsibilities in accordance with the law.

3. Examination requirements

1. All candidates must arrive at the examination room 60 minutes in advance and provide the following certification materials and relevant epidemic prevention items for epidemic prevention verification:

① Disposable medical masks (masks with breathing valves are prohibited);

② Disposable gloves;

③ Admission ticket;

④ Valid ID card; < /p>

⑤ All candidates must submit the electronic version of the negative nucleic acid test certificate three times completed in Yibin City three days before the test, calculated based on the sampling time (i.e., the negative nucleic acid test certificate on November 9, 10, and 11);

⑥ Candidates’ Letter of Commitment on Epidemic Prevention (Attachment 1);

⑦ Sichuan Tianfu Health Pass’s “Health Code”, “Residence History in Risky Cities” and “Travel Card” are all green Code;

⑧Body temperature ≤37.3℃; If the above materials are incomplete or inconsistent, you will not be allowed to enter the examination room.

2. After the examination, candidates should leave the examination room in an orderly manner according to the arrangement of the examination room. They should leave the examination room according to the entrance and exit route prompts. They should maintain personal distance during departure and are not allowed to stay in the examination room or on the entrance and exit routes. Candidates must complete a nucleic acid test in the examination room after the exam every day.
