Just if the screen is broken, turn it on, connect the computer with a data cable, copy the files in the mobile phone directly into the computer, or use the mobile phone housekeeper to back up all the information in the computer.

1 First of all, we need to install 360 mobile assistants on the computer. After the installation, connect our mobile phone to the computer with a data cable. After the connection is successful, you can see it in the upper left corner of the 360 mobile assistant. As shown in the figure

2. Then we click the file management icon in the lower right corner of the page, as shown.

3. Then find the folder where the files we want to export are located in the built-in memory card, and click to enter, as shown in the figure.

4, find the file we want to export, and finally use the left mouse button to select the file you want to type, or you can choose multiple files, and then click on the top of the page to send to the computer, as shown.

5. Then choose the location we want to save. If we want to find it more easily, we just need to save it to the desktop, as shown in the figure.

6. Finally, you can see the page prompting that we have successfully exported, as shown in the figure.

7. After the export is successful, we can see the file we are exporting on the computer desktop, as shown in the figure.
