Download Li Zhe Office APP and register for authorization.

1. Search for "Li Zhe Office" in the mobile phone application market and download the "Li Zhe Office" app.

2. Open the "Li Zhe Office" app, and the vaccination status will be displayed on the home page. Click to enter.

3. Enter the login vaccination page, enter the login account, and click Login to enter the convenience service-vaccination page.

Fill in the basic information by yourself and complete the "adult record"

1. Click the adult file.

2. Fill in the basic information of adults, population classification, household registration address, current residence address and work unit name on the jump page, and click Next to complete the adult filing step.

3. If there are repeated filing tips, it means that you already have an adult file in the system.

Adults can make a self-service appointment for COVID-19 vaccine after filing.

1. Click COVID-19 to make an appointment. There are two choices: outpatient service priority and vaccine priority. Among them, the outpatient department needs to choose the outpatient department first, and then choose the COVID-19 vaccine below the outpatient department; Vaccination should be given priority to COVID-19 vaccine, and then to outpatient clinics with vaccine stocks.

2. After the first two steps are completed, you can see the remaining number of outpatient clinics every day by choosing the date to be vaccinated; After selecting the vaccination period, click OK to make an appointment, which shows that the vaccine appointment is successful.

3. After returning to the home page, the appointment time and related information will be displayed. If you can't vaccinate as scheduled, you can cancel your appointment.

Important note: If you make an appointment for vaccination in COVID-19 through the "Li Zhe Office" app, you can only make an appointment for vaccination number source, not as a queuing order. The specific quantity and inoculation time shall be subject to the site.
