Huawei mobile phone can't upgrade HarmonyOS system, what should I do?

Please check the mobile phone system version. If the system version is lower than emui11.0.180, the HarmonyOS system cannot be upgraded. Please check the following:

1. If the current system version is lower than EMUI11.0.176, you can enter the settings, search for "Software Update", click Check for Update, and upgrade your mobile phone to EMUI11.0.655.

2. If the current system version is EMUI/KOOC-0//KOOC-0/.0./KOOC-0/76, then the mobile phone needs to be upgraded to the latest EMUI version/KOOC-0//KOOC-0/80 before upgrading the HarmonyOS system.

3. The upgrade method of EMUI11.0.0.180:

(1) Method 1: The mobile phone is rootless. After receiving the push, you can upgrade to 1 1.0. 180 online.

Emui11.0.180 method of upgrading HarmonyOS system:

(1) Method 1: "My Huawei App >；; Home > Upgrade early adopters (or HarmonyOS system column > Give me a taste) > Please choose the registration entrance according to the mobile phone model, such as P40(5G) series HarmonyOS system 2 public beta upgrade registration entrance.

(2) Method 2: "Pollen Club APP> Home > Public beta", select the registration entrance according to the mobile phone model, "P40(5G) series HarmonyOS system 2 public beta upgrade registration entrance".

After upgrading the HarmonyOS system, you can slide down on the home screen of your mobile phone/tablet, search and enter the "Play Skills" APP to learn about the special functions of the HarmonyOS system.
