Work-related, for example, if you undertake a certain job, you usually have to communicate with the leader by phone face to face, not by text message. After the task is completed, you usually have to call back. If it is not convenient to reply by phone, such as knowing that the leader is in a meeting or it is not convenient to contact by phone, reply by SMS. The reply should be concise and appropriate, pay attention to the title and use accurate words.
