How does China Mobile check the call records in the online business hall?

Bring your ID card directly and go to the local mobile business hall. At the business consulting counter, show your ID card to the staff and explain that you need to check your call records. Then the staff will help the customer to inquire, and the customer can log in to the online business hall of China Mobile. The steps are as follows:

1. First, open the mobile online business hall, then log in your mobile phone number, and directly enter the personal center after logging in, as shown in the figure, and click the list to query.

2. Then, according to the pop-up page, you can select the query time period to find your own call records.
