If the punished person refuses to accept the decision of the public security traffic management organ to temporarily suspend the driver's license, he may apply for reconsideration to the public security traffic management organ at the next higher level or the competent public security organ within five days after receiving the ruling, and the public security traffic management organ at the next higher level and the competent public security organ shall make a reconsideration decision within five days after receiving the application;

3. Those who refuse to accept the traffic management punishment, appeal beyond the time limit, or refuse to accept the punishment decision on the spot afterwards can be treated as people's letters and visits. If the driver has any objection to the traffic violation punishment, he can go to the local traffic police team to complain about the traffic violation.
