Operating steps:

Open the browser, enter: account.live.com, and enter in the address bar;

On the login page that opens, click: Unable to access your account? ;

Click: I forgot my password, and then click: Next;

On the account recovery page, enter the Microsoft account name (the Microsoft account of the computer that forgot the password) and the verification character, and then click Next;
