What does ICBC's mobile banking mean?

Mobile banking (SMS) refers to a new financial service mode in which you edit the SMS service number in a specific format to the bank, and the bank handles related businesses such as inquiry, transfer, remittance, donation, consumption and payment for you according to your instructions, and informs you of the transaction results by SMS.

If you need to open it, you can bring your valid ID card and Peony Card (except international cards) to the local outlets that provide mobile banking services, and designate a mobile banking registration card as the default payment card. If you need to use the transfer and remittance function of mobile banking, please also enable the external transfer function of mobile banking.

If you don't need to use the external transfer function, you can also log in to www.icbc.com.cn and click "Mobile Banking Self-registration" to handle the self-registration procedures. After self-registration, only query and donation functions can be used. When you need to use the external transfer function in the future, please apply for opening the "External Transfer Function of Mobile Banking" at the local mobile banking outlet with your valid ID card and mobile banking registration card.
