Our community attaches great importance to legal publicity and education, regards strengthening leadership as the key link to promote law popularization and governance according to law, always puts legal publicity and education on the important agenda, and insists on frequent talks, discussions and unremitting efforts. The main leaders personally grasp, often ask, the personnel in charge specifically grasp, social forces actively participate in and cooperate with each other, and achieve four goals in terms of organizational leadership, specific work, training strength, funds, etc., forming a situation of Qi Xin's concerted efforts and joint management.
