What is the reason why WeChat can't log in?

Presumably because of the wrong authentication method, you need to reset your password by SMS or email to log in.

The first method, SMS verification code.

1. On the WeChat login page, click Login, and there is a problem.

2. Select the middle to log in with SMS verification code.

3. Enter the bound mobile phone number and click Next in the upper right corner.

4. For the message to be verified, please enter the verification code in the message, and then click Next.

5. Reset the password, enter it once, confirm it once, and then click Finish.

The second method is to retrieve the password through the bound mailbox.

1. In the second step above, click the first item to retrieve the password.

2. Select to retrieve the password of WeChat account.

3. Select a mailbox to reset the password. Enter the previously bound email address, and you can reset the password after verification. The setting method is the same as above.
