The mobile phone is bound with QQ password and forgot to retrieve it by SMS.

1. Select QQ in the computer, click Open, select the forgot password option on the login page, and click Enter.

2. In the verification page that pops up, enter the qq account change password, select the button to verify, and click OK after verification.

3. Then send the short message according to the prompt information on the short message verification page. After the message is sent, click the I have sent button to enter the password modification page.

4. Then enter a new password in the pop-up prompt box, and click OK below to complete the password modification.

5. After the modification, return to the login page, enter the account number and the newly set password on the login page, and click Login below.
