Be the best version of yourself - never forget your original intention and you will always succeed

I don’t want to miss every theme camp, because it allows me to see a different scenery, gain different experiences, and see my infinite possibilities.

The ten days of studying in the *** theme camp passed by in a blink of an eye. I felt reluctant and regretful, but more importantly, I grew up.

I still remember the time when Jar found me and asked me to be the platoon leader... My vague and contradictory inner feelings gradually became clear under the encouragement of Jar... In the end, I accepted the position of platoon leader.

During the last intensive reading theme camp, although I was the platoon leader, I always went to bed very early at night and always coaxed my children to sleep.

In this *** reading theme camp, I was still the platoon leader, but I didn’t go to bed before 12:00 a night. One day, in order to make up for the comments of the platoon members, I even went to bed at 3 in the morning. :00 It’s too late and I still haven’t slept yet.

I thought, since I have chosen to participate in the theme camp, since the jar can trust me, and since I have become a platoon leader, why not work hard to do a good job?

So, I have changed in this theme camp:

I insist on completing the platoon leader review every day, and seriously think about the operation of various affairs within the platoon; I insist on making recommendation votes every day link, and conscientiously improve the internal recommendation plan; I insist on posting announcements in the group every day, and the time it takes to edit the announcement is almost equal to the time of writing the last check-in article; I insist on commenting on the check-in articles of some members every day, and pay serious attention to them Members of the platoon...

However, every night in the dead of night, I always think about a question: Is all this I have done worth it?

As I kept doing it, time told me the answer...

When the friends in the platoon said with concern, "Platoon leader, you have worked hard, thank you for your efforts." My heart felt warm and my blood was instantly resurrected. I know it's all worth it.

When I listen to Company Commander Xiaobai’s sharing in the platoon leader group every day, my heart is full, and every piece of information is worth digesting. I know it's all worth it.

When I find happiness in daily activities and receive touches from the rotating team members, I feel warm inside. I know it's all worth it.

As a platoon leader, I did not do the best, but I understand:

There is a surprising difference between this *** reading theme camp and the last intensive reading theme camp. The similarity is: getting the best on the first day. These two best times were both unexpected gains for me and still moved me a lot.

***Reading "Insight" made me truly understand what it means to have a thousand Hamlets in the eyes of a thousand people.

None of the daily check-in articles is repeated, and many of the check-in articles are novel in form, unique in material selection, and with clear viewpoints, which makes me gain a lot as a reader.

But when it comes to my own experience in writing articles, I really rack my brains day and night. My goal is not to be the best, but to be responsible for myself and polish every "work" carefully.

As you continue to polish your punched-in articles, the “best” will gallop toward you on a white horse.

In my opinion, the most important thing in writing an article is the idea. So how to structure an article? How to make yourself waltz through your thoughts in an article?

I have summarized some small experiences in this theme camp:

001 Reading the whole text is a prerequisite

Reading is a prerequisite for writing. How to read it? First read the whole text, then find the sentences that touch you the most, underline them, repeat them in your own words, and finally write down one or two feelings based on your own life.

Focus on writing your own thoughts and think about whether it confirms what you have encountered before? Does it inspire me to do things in the future? Can it explain some phenomena in life?

002 Ingenious conception is the key

I think there are two modes of conception that are more commonly used:

The first is to choose from the feelings you read. 2-3 points of highly relevant and deeply touching content should be conceived and reorganized to clarify a target theme and illustrate the point of view with examples.

For example, the theme of my check-in article on the first day was "Embracing Happiness". I selected three points from it and wrote down the three-point methodology that I thought was necessary for embracing happiness.

After thinking about the three points, then think about examples in life (this example can be your own or someone else's), and finally think about the beginning and end. Remember my ending is: Happiness has to be answered by itself. What this sentence means is that the happiness methodology I refined is my own answer, and you can also think about your own path to embracing happiness.

The second is to pick a point from all the feelings to think deeply. For example: you can choose the view "Life is a long river", extract subtitles from it, and combine it with relevant examples to prove this view. Or you can think about how to live life as a long river? Refine some methodologies.

003 Three suggestions are auxiliary.

First, it is recommended to use subtitles, and it is best for this subtitle not to be the chapter content of the article, but to extract the content yourself. Using subtitles can make your article more layered and organized, and the reader experience will be better.

Second, it is recommended that the article should not be too rational. It is best to add some examples, which will make your article more comfortable to read.

Third, it is recommended that the article must have a clear theme, and all opinions should be written around one theme and should not be scattered.

Finally, no matter what, I think the most important thing about writing is:

—3—

In this *** reading theme camp, I am the leader of the fifth platoon. The previous leader of the fifth platoon was an African elephant. His brilliant record invisibly put some pressure on me.

But what if you can’t achieve such a brilliant record? Creating your own characteristics is the most important thing.

When our new fifth platoon was first formed, in order to encourage everyone to clock in before 12:00, we set a rule: veterans who clocked in after 12:00 need to perform a show.

Seeing this rule, many people said: "Platoon leader, this is a good idea. I have no talent, so I'd better clock in early."

However, after two days, everyone So I relaxed, so I listened to Xiaobing’s wonderful performance in the dubbing show, and heard Yawan’s beautiful singing voice... Ashamedly, I also clocked in late and sang a Korean version of "Three Little Bears"... …

In fact, through such interesting activities, I don’t just want to check in early, but also hope that through such activities, I can unite people, activate the atmosphere, and deepen connections.

This time I actually had more private chats with veterans. At the same time, reading articles and commenting every day also allowed me to gradually understand their situation. Each of them is a precious asset:

I gained three serious and responsible class committee members: Tiantian, Guzi, and Yc. They complete their rotation tasks seriously and responsibly every day and contribute their part to the fifth platoon!

I gained three role models with great mobility: Miao Linhan, Chu Xia, and Yc. They let us know what it means to stick to the end and fight to the death!

I gained Da Tuan Tuan, Xiao Ba Li, Lily, Ya Wan, Pan Ruoying, Hua Xiaosheng, Wait for a Sunny Day, and Duojia. Their daily check-in stories are exciting!

I also gained my magical partner Xiaobing. Although the theme camp is coming to an end, our friendship has just begun...

***Reading the theme camp is coming to an end with this review article, I remember the company commander said: Checking in is not the purpose , looking back at the original intention, internal driving force is more important than external force.
