In principle, yellow code personnel do not transcode in advance, and need to cooperate with their communities (villages) to complete the specified home isolation and health monitoring. After 14 days expires, the nucleic acid test result is negative, and the system will automatically transcode.

For transcoding, individuals submit transcoding application materials to the community (village), mainly including negative certificates of twice nucleic acid tests in the last three days, screenshots of travel cards showing addresses, screenshots of health codes, commitment letters, etc.

After the community (village) receives the individual application, it will preliminarily review the relevant information, stamp and confirm the transcoding conditions, and send it to the county (city) CDC at the first time (the transcoding work of personnel within the jurisdiction of Yiyang High-tech Zone is the responsibility of Heshan District CDC); For those who do not meet the transcoding conditions, continue to implement epidemic control measures.

The county (city) CDC shall, after receiving the relevant materials of transcoding application, conduct a review and comprehensive judgment, and complete transcoding within 12 hours for those who meet the transcoding conditions; For those who do not meet the requirements, the community (village) will continue to implement control measures.
