Mobile phones can receive short messages, but senders can't.

If the mobile phone sends a message, the other party sometimes can't receive it. I suggest you refer to the following:

1. If this happens to a contact, there may be something wrong with the other person's mobile phone. Suggest the other party to check the relevant settings of the mobile phone.

2. All messages sent by contacts have this phenomenon. I suggest you check whether the network signal is stable. You can restart your phone and try to change your geographical location.

3. Try to replace another SIM card.

4. Standby-Applications-Settings-Application Manager-All-Open Information-Clear Data Attempt.

5. Back up data (contacts, text messages, pictures, etc. ) and restore factory settings (Settings-Reset/Privacy-Restore Factory Settings).
