What is the matter that the mobile phone can't receive the verification code SMS?

If you are using a Huawei mobile phone and the mobile phone cannot receive the verification code information, please check according to the following methods:

1 restart the network

If the network is delayed or the server communication is delayed, you may not receive the verification code message. Please click "Flight Mode" in the drop-down menu, and then close it, so as to re-trigger the short message sending under the network.

2 Check whether the number is set to "blacklist"

A "blacklist" is set in the "harassment interception" of "mobile phone housekeeper". Please remove the number from the "blacklist" as necessary and try again.

Path 2: mobile phone housekeeper > harassment interception > interception rules > blacklist;

3 Check whether it is set to block all strangers.

Please check whether you have set "Block all strangers" in "Harassment Block" of "Mobile Manager". Please turn off this switch as needed and try again.

4 Check whether the default application is set for the information.

If you set the third-party SMS application as the default application, please refer to the following methods for troubleshooting:

(1) Please set the third-party SMS application as the default application.

Go to Settings, search and enter the default application, find the information, and then select the third-party SMS application to use as the default application.

(2) Please turn off the "verification code security protection" function.

Method 1: information >; Menu > Settings > Advanced;

Method 2: information >; More > Settings > Advanced;

Method 3: information > three points > settings;

Turn off the "Verification Code Security Protection" switch.

Tip: Some mobile phones do not have the function of "verification code security protection".

If there is no "verification code security protection" switch, it is very likely that you deleted the smart message plug-in. You can drop down and search for "Intelligent Message Plug-in" in any blank space on the mobile phone desktop, and click Restore.

5 If it is a mobile card and the enhanced information function is enabled, please switch to ordinary SMS.

Please switch the enhanced information to the general information interface: in the enhanced information chat interface, click the three points in the upper right corner > Switch to SMS/MMS.

6 "Restore Default Settings" operation

Path 1: Info >; Menu > Settings > Restore Default Settings;

Path 2: information >; More > settings, select the following to restore the default settings;

7 Check whether the SIM card can be inserted into other mobile phones to receive the verification code.

Insert the SIM card into other mobile phones and check whether you can receive the verification code. If the communication of the third-party server is delayed, the verification code message may not be received. It is recommended to contact the operator or a third-party APP for processing.
