How to recover the deleted address book number?

Take QQ assistant operation as an example (backup the address book before you need it):

1, first open the mobile phone desktop, find and click the icon of QQ synchronization assistant to enter.

2. Then when you enter the page, click on the three bars at the top left of the screen, as shown in the figure.

3. Enter Zhihu, as shown in the figure, and then click the number to search.

4. As shown in the figure, then select the time node to be restored.

5. Finally, after the selection, just click OK to restore it, so that the problem can be solved.
