You can apply for subsidies after paying social security for half a year.

The procedure for applying for social security subsidies:

1. Declare employment to the street labor and security agency, and submit the application to the street labor and security agency with the "Reemployment Discount Certificate", social insurance payment voucher and other relevant materials. The security agency submits an application for social insurance subsidies; 2. The street labor and security agency verifies the employment status of the flexible employment personnel, issues a flexible employment certificate, and applies for social insurance subsidies to the local labor and security department at or above the county level;

3. After review by the labor and social security department and review by the financial department, the subsidy funds will be paid directly to the individual; the social insurance subsidy standard is calculated based on a certain proportion of the social insurance premiums actually paid by the flexible employment personnel. Specific subsidy measures are formulated by each province, autonomous region, and municipality directly under the Central Government in accordance with the "Fund Management Notice".
