Regulations of Shijiazhuang Municipality on Automobile License Plate

Newly purchased vehicles in Shijiazhuang must meet the national emission standards. Shijiazhuang has implemented the National Six Standards. The applicant shall bring the original and photocopy of ID card, invoice, certificate of conformity, compulsory insurance and tax payment certificate to the vehicle management department. The entrusted agent shall also provide the original and photocopy of the motor vehicle owner's ID card, the original and photocopy of the client's ID card, and the original written power of attorney issued by the motor vehicle owner.

Treatment conditions

The vehicle driving license issued by the public security vehicle management department before the newly purchased vehicle is driven. If the vehicle needs to apply for a license plate on the road, it can apply for a license plate.

Handling materials

1. Original and photocopy of ID card.

2. Original and photocopy of the invoice.

3. Original and photocopy of the certificate.

5. The original and photocopy of the compulsory insurance will be taken away.

6. A copy of the tax payment certificate will be collected.

Remarks: If an agent is entrusted, in addition to the original and photocopy of the owner's ID card, the original and photocopy of the client's ID card and the original written power of attorney issued by the owner should also be provided.

Treatment process

Obtain a new license:

The applicant brings relevant materials to the local vehicle management office to handle relevant business.

Fill in the application form for motor vehicle number plate and submit the materials.

Inspection post inspection of domestic motor vehicle factory certificate.

The registration audit post will review the submitted materials, enter the registration information if it meets the requirements, and issue an acceptance certificate to the motor vehicle owner.

The file management post checks the information in the computer registration system, sorts out the data, and binds and files it.

The owner uses WeChat/Alipay/UnionPay card to pay the fee.

Obtain a new license (on-site or by mail)

Fill in the application form for motor vehicle number plate → submit the materials (original and photocopy of driving license and ID card) → get the acceptance certificate → pay the fee (WeChat/Alipay/UnionPay card) → get a new number plate (on site or by mail).
