What if I forget Huawei's password?

If you forget the password of Huawei account, you can reset the new password through the "Retrieve Password" option on the mobile phone client or webpage.

First, retrieve the password through the client:

2. enter "Huawei account" > "secure email".

3. After selecting the way to reset the password, obtain and enter the SMS verification code to reset the new password.

Second, retrieve the password through the webpage:

1. Enter the website of Huawei Mall.

2. click login > more > security center > retrieve the password.

3. enter "Huawei account" > "verification code", and select the way to reset the new password.
