How can mobile banking inquire about the bank where the bank card is opened?

If it is a savings card of China Merchants Bank, you can choose the following ways to query bank information:

If it is your own CMB card (savings card):

1. After logging in to the Professional Edition, click One Card-Account Management-Card Management-Bank Information Inquiry to see the bank.

Tips: The professional edition does not support MAC system at present, so Apple computer can't log in to the professional edition.

2. Log in to mobile banking, click My-Bank Card, and select the card number to query the bank.

If the card is not associated with mobile banking, you can select "+Add" to enter the card number, and scan the code is also supported.

If it is someone else's card (savings card): (The following methods are also applicable to our card bank inquiry)

1, call the customer service hotline, select 3- 1-2, and then enter the card number according to the prompt for quick inquiry;

2. After opening the mobile banking, click "Home"-"My Customer Service (Headphone Logo)" in the upper right corner, then click "Query Bank" to enter the page and enter the card number to be queried.
