1 About us
Huawei's in-app payment and related technologies and functions (hereinafter referred to as "this service") are operated by Huawei Software Technology Co., Ltd. 2. Purpose of the agreement
This user agreement, Huawei account and cloud hosting user agreement and corresponding privacy statement, as well as individual agreements or rules and operation tips displayed in this service (hereinafter collectively referred to as "this agreement") are the terms and conditions for us to provide this service for your use and access.
Through this agreement, you will learn important information such as Huawei, the way Huawei provides this service for you, the activities allowed and prohibited by this service, and the measures to deal with problems.
Please read and fully understand the terms of this agreement, especially the key tips marked in bold.
If you access or use this service, it will be deemed that you have reached a legally binding agreement with Huawei and agreed to accept this agreement. If you do not accept this agreement, please do not access or use this service.
3. Qualification for use
You must be at least 18 years old or reach the legal age of majority in your area to access and use this service. If you are under 18, you need the consent of your parents or legal guardians to use this service.
In order to comply with national laws, regulations and regulatory requirements and standardize the provision of paid services to minors, if you are under the age of 18, Huawei may take corresponding effective measures to restrict you from using paid services that may be inconsistent with your civil capacity according to the requirements of regulatory authorities and online game enterprises.
Step 4 get this service
Huawei grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, but revocable license to access and use this service according to this agreement.
You need a Huawei account to access or use the service. For details of Huawei account, please open Huawei account from system settings and go to Settings > About > Huawei Account and Cloud Hosting User Agreement.
5. This service
"Huawei in-app payment": You can purchase virtual digital goods or services sold in Huawei consumer cloud services (such as Huawei theme, Huawei cloud hosting, Huawei music, Huawei video and Huawei application market) through the payment method you hold, and you can make in-app payment in the applications purchased through Huawei application market. Specifically, it includes the following functions and services:
5. 1 Huawei Payment
When you purchase virtual digital goods or services provided by Huawei consumer cloud services, you can choose Huawei Pay to bind the bank card for payment. You only need to enter Huawei's in-app payment password for authentication to complete payment authorization. 5.2 Binding Bank Card Payment
You can buy virtual digital goods or services by binding a bank card with UnionPay logo. To bind a bank card for the first time, you need to enter your name, ID number (mainland users), bank card information (debit or credit card number, CVV2, expiration date) and mobile phone number reserved by the bank, and enter SMS verification code to complete identity authentication and card binding payment. When choosing the bound bank card for payment later, you only need to enter Huawei's in-app payment password for authentication, and then you can complete the payment authorization. 5.3 Use third-party payment
You can use the third-party payment account you already have to purchase virtual digital goods or services, and the third-party payment service is provided to you by the cooperative third-party payment institution ("non-bank payment institution").
When you choose WeChat payment for transaction, you need to enter the WeChat payment password for authentication to complete the payment. This service is provided by Tenpay Payment Technology Co., Ltd. ..
When you choose Alipay or Bai Hua to make a transaction, you need to enter Alipay's payment password for authentication to complete the payment. This service is provided by Alipay (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd.
5.4 Pay with Huawei wallet change
When you buy virtual digital goods or services provided by Huawei consumer cloud services, you can choose to use the change function of Huawei wallet that has been opened. You only need to enter Huawei's in-app payment password for authentication to complete payment authorization. The account change service is provided by the cooperative bank you choose. 5.5 Flower Currency Service
Bi Hua is a virtual digital value-added service provided by Huawei. It is only used to exchange virtual digital goods or services provided by Huawei consumer cloud services, such as Huawei cloud hosting, application market, video, music, theme, game center, Huawei reading, glory reading, etc.
5.6 coupon service
The coupon service is a promotional service provided by Huawei. When purchasing virtual digital goods or services provided by Huawei consumer cloud service, you can enjoy preferential deduction in payment by using this service. The distribution and use range of coupons depends on your country or region. You can find it in Settings > Account Center > Coupons to see the coupons you have.
5.7 automatic renewal
You can purchase your designated virtual digital goods or services through Huawei's in-app payment automatic renewal service. When you enable the automatic renewal service, you need to agree to authorize us to send a debit instruction to your designated debit method in an undisclosed way without verifying the payment password, bank card password, transaction password and other elements in your Huawei application until you cancel the service.
5.8 Confidential Payment
In order to provide a more convenient payment experience, confidential payment can be opened. After opening, within a certain amount, you can complete the bank card binding or payment without entering Huawei's in-app payment password. If you use the confidential payment provided by a third party, you should also abide by the confidential payment regulations of the third party. You can find the function of turning on or off small confidential payment in Settings > Huawei Account > Payment and Billing > Settings > Small confidential payment, or modify the limit of confidential payment.
5.9 Families * * * enjoy payment.
After you turn on the "Family Enjoyment" function and add family members, you can enjoy the payment method * * * for family members through the "Family Enjoyment" payment function. If you use the "family * * * enjoyment" payment function to pay for the minor account in real-name registration system, you still need to abide by the payment limit of the account. 6. Third-party services
In this service, services such as bank card payment, Alipay, Bai Hua and WeChat payment are provided by third parties, and you must agree to enter into a contract (hereinafter referred to as the "third party agreement") with third parties (commercial banks, UnionPay Electronic Payment Services Co., Ltd., Alipay (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd. and Tenpay Payment Technology Co., Ltd.) on card binding and payment services. If you do not comply with the third-party agreement and/or the third-party privacy policy, the third party may take legal action against you.
Disputes that may arise from the virtual digital goods or services you purchase or obtain through this service, including but not limited to the quality, quantity, transaction amount and delivery time of the goods or services, shall be settled through consultation between you and the third party providing the goods or services.
We will identify the third party providing products or services through the page display. Any dispute arising from the use of third-party products and services through this service shall be settled through consultation between you and the third party. We can provide relevant transaction records for both parties to verify, but Huawei does not assume any responsibility for this.
We are not responsible for the content or availability of products or services provided by any third party, nor do we recognize any content, advertisements, products, services or other information provided by third parties in this service in any form.
We strongly recommend that you carefully read the service agreement and usage rules you signed with the third party.
7. Account security
You need to ensure that you are not the object of trade restrictions, economic sanctions or other laws and regulations imposed by any country, region or international organization, and that you have not directly or indirectly provided funds, goods or services to the aforementioned objects, otherwise you should stop using this service, and you understand that violation of the aforementioned requirements may cause you to be unable to use this service normally.
In order to make you use this service better and ensure the security of your account, you should complete the real-name authentication according to the requirements of this service and relevant laws and regulations, and provide your legal, true, effective and complete information (including but not limited to your name, ID number, contact number, etc. ).
You should maintain and update your above information in time to ensure its legality, truthfulness, effectiveness and completeness. If you provide any wrong, false, invalid, expired or incomplete information, or Huawei has reasonable reasons to suspect that the information is wrong, false, invalid, expired or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or refuse to provide you with some or all of the functions of this service, but you shall not cancel the transaction or refuse to pay for it on this ground.
Huawei's in-app payment password is a password used to protect your transaction security when you use card-tied payment, change payment, Huawei Pay payment and flower shop payment. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your password. If you provide details of your account, password and transaction information to a third party, you should bear any losses and responsibilities arising therefrom.
Your Huawei account number, Huawei in-app payment password, digital certificate, mobile phone number, ID number and fingerprint information, face information, iris information, voiceprint information, etc. All of them are Huawei's identification elements for you. Please keep them properly. Any operation and instructions you make by using your identification elements are regarded as your own, and you should be responsible for all the results of your actions (including but not limited to signing various agreements, releasing information, deducting instructions, purchasing goods and services, and disclosing information, etc.). ).
8. Invoicing, invoicing, rejection and refund
You can view the paid bill information and the detailed information of single payment through this service, including product name, transaction amount, application name, transaction number, payment method, transaction time, etc. Details of the bill can be viewed in Settings > Huawei Account > Payment and Bill > Bill.
You can apply for an invoice corresponding to a single payment through this service. If you need to apply for an invoice, you can go to Settings > Huawei Account > Payment and Billing > Billing > Billing Details to apply for an invoice 48 hours after the transaction is completed. You will be prompted to fill in the information required for invoicing, including the invoice header, e-mail address and taxpayer identification number. After receiving this information, Huawei will process the invoice application and send the electronic invoice to your email address within 48 hours. If you apply for a refund, you will not be able to issue invoices, and the invoices already issued will be automatically invalidated. The system only supports billing applications within 180 days from the transaction completion date. You should submit your bill application within this period and keep your invoice properly.
If this service is used by a third party or other unauthorized person, you can submit a refusal request and a refund request to us. When we confirm that the transaction is not submitted by you or authorized by you, and the service is accessed according to the default conditions set by you, the transaction will be cancelled and the corresponding amount will be returned to your original deduction method. It may take 30 days to process the refund. When investigating these transactions, we may provide your personal information to third parties or regulatory agencies.
When you refuse to pay without justifiable reasons or your Huawei account or third-party account is abnormal, Huawei, banks and third-party payment companies may restrict your use of this service, and your credit rating may also be affected.
You confirm and agree that when your Bi Hua account is recharged, you will confirm your Huawei account number repeatedly. When you choose the wrong recharge account or recharge amount because of the wrong Huawei account, improper operation or unfamiliar with the recharge charging mechanism, you will bear all the consequences arising therefrom, and Huawei will not compensate you. If there is an error in the recharge system, resulting in the recharge amount of your Bi Hua account being less than the amount you actually paid, Huawei will make up the difference; If the recharge amount is greater than the amount you actually paid, Huawei has the right to ask you to return the excess.
9. Use rules
Rules for the use of flowers:
(1) Flowers can be obtained through bank card recharge, flower card exchange and/or participation in activities.
(b) Flower currency value: 1 flower currency = 1 RMB.
(c) Flower currency account: After purchasing flower currency for the first time, a flower currency account will be generated under your Huawei account.
(d) Official recharge channel: online recharge and offline card exchange are limited through Huawei official website and the page, and various payment methods such as Huawei Pay, bank card, Alipay, WeChat payment, change or flower bud are supported.
(e) Restrictions: after the account is recharged, operations such as cash withdrawal, transfer and refund are not allowed.
(f) Expiry date: the flower money you bought by recharging yourself has no expiration date; The bonus you get from Huawei or a third party, or the bonus you get for participating in marketing activities, should be used within 2 years from the exchange date, otherwise it will automatically become invalid when it expires.
(g) Flowers purchased in Chinese mainland can only be used to purchase Huawei consumer cloud services in Chinese mainland. To modify the current country or region, please open the Application Market and go to My > Settings > Country/Region.
(h) Money cards purchased in Chinese mainland stores or online stores can only be used to exchange money from Chinese mainland. To modify the current country or region, please open the Application Market and go to My > Settings > Country/Region.
(1) After the information of the country or region is modified, if the original country or region still has a balance, this part of the money will not be moved to the new country or region; If you want to use these coins, you need to switch the information of your current country or region to the original country or region.
(j) If it is necessary to cancel the Huawei account, if there is a balance of flowers associated with the Huawei account, you need to spend or give up the remaining flowers before you can cancel the account.
(k) You confirm and agree that Huawei may, at its own discretion, stop providing flower bud service by giving 60 days' notice in advance. In this case, the flowers you bought will be returned according to the payment method used when recharging.
(l) If cash payment is selected, ensure that the cash balance is sufficient. Before payment, you need to use Huawei's in-app payment password for verification, and the payment can only be completed after the verification is successful. If the balance is insufficient, you can choose to use other payment methods for combined payment. Coupon usage rules:
(a) Coupons can be obtained through Huawei or Huawei-approved promotional activities, have no cash value, have an expiration date, and automatically expire after expiration. The rules for issuing and using coupons are explained by the event provider.
(b) The coupons obtained in the current country or region can only be used to purchase virtual digital goods or services supported by local applications. If the service location of Huawei account is switched, the coupon will remain in the original country or region and will not be given away at the new service location. You can view or use the coupons booked in this country or region by switching to the original service location. To modify the current country or region, please open the Application Market and go to My > Settings > Country/Region.
(c) If it is necessary to cancel Huawei's account, it is necessary to abandon the coupons associated with Huawei's account.
(d) You are not allowed to log in to different Huawei accounts repeatedly to obtain coupons, and then use different Huawei accounts to recharge the same third-party account to obtain and use coupons. We strictly prohibit this kind of behavior. Once found, we will freeze your Huawei account and coupons and take necessary legal measures.
(e) You confirm and agree that Huawei may, at its sole discretion, stop providing coupon services by giving 60 days' notice in advance.
Automatic renewal rules:
(a) The automatic renewal service will be charged within 24 hours after the start of the latest automatic renewal cycle using your preferred charging method. If the deduction fails for any reason (such as expired bank card or insufficient balance), the deduction will be made through other payment methods you set in Huawei's in-app payment. If all the payment methods you provided fail to deduct money successfully and the automatic renewal service is not cancelled, you are still responsible for paying all accounts payable, and we will try to deduct money again after you update the payment method information. If this happens, the start and end times of your next automatic renewal cycle and the billing date may also change.
(b) You know and agree that some automatic renewal products/services provide free trial period or preferential period before automatic deduction. If you need to cancel the automatic renewal service before automatic deduction, please cancel it before the end of the free trial period or preferential period.
(c) You know and agree that if you choose Huawei Pay as the automatic renewal deduction method, once you delete the bank card bound by Huawei Pay in the terminal equipment, you need to re-open the automatic renewal service, otherwise the automatic deduction will not be completed, and your use of the purchased virtual digital goods or services will be affected.
(d) to cancel the automatic renewal, please go to settings > Huawei account > payment and billing > automatic fee deduction/confidential payment.
You promise and agree to access and use this service in a legal and ethical manner in accordance with this agreement. You understand and agree that you shall not use this service to transmit any information with the following nature, or participate in any activities with the following nature by other means: false, libel, infringement, harmful, pornographic, offensive, bullying, harassment, scandal, hatred, incitement, threat, profanity, obscenity, invasion of privacy or other offensive behaviors, including but not limited to encouraging illegal activities, clearly describing and promoting violence. As well as any discriminatory, illegal information and behaviors that cause or may cause personal or property loss or injury, and may lead to civil or criminal liabilities under applicable laws (including but not limited to any information that you have no right to publish or disseminate, or such publication or dissemination violates any confidentiality obligation and/or third-party intellectual property rights).
You agree not to participate in any of the following activities:
(a) Copy or change the whole or part of the Service, or allow the Service or any part thereof to be merged or integrated with any other program;
(b) Unauthorized access or attempted access to or damage to any part of the Service or related systems or networks;
(c) Decoding or reverse developing the Service or any part thereof, or creating derivative works based on the Service or any part thereof, or attempting to engage in similar activities prohibited by applicable laws;
(d) Distribute, license, lease, sell, resell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, play, disseminate or otherwise use the Services;
(e) Submit all or part of this service (including theme and source code) or provide it to anyone in any form without Huawei's prior written permission;
(f) impersonate others, make false statements or otherwise falsely report your relationship with individuals or entities;
(g) Use this Service (or any part thereof) for illegal purposes in any illegal way or in violation of this Agreement, or commit any fraud or other malicious acts, including but not limited to invading this Service (or the website linked to this Service) or any operating system or implanting malicious code, including viruses or harmful data;
(h) Infringe our or any third party's intellectual property rights when accessing and/or using this service;
(i) Collect the information of users of this service, or use automated means to access this service or Huawei system, or attempt to transmit or extract any content from the server running this service through decoding;
(j) Develop, support or use software, devices, scripts or any other means or process (including crawler software, browser plug-ins or any other technical or manual operation) to obtain this service or otherwise copy user information and other data from this service;
(k) Use this service for commercial purposes without Huawei's prior written permission;
(l) Use this service to engage in any illegal business transactions, such as selling weapons, drugs, illegal commodities, pirated software or other contraband;
(m) Providing gambling information or inducing others to gamble by any means;
(n) Asking other people's login information or accessing other people's accounts;
(o) Participating in money laundering, cashing or pyramid schemes;
(p) Attempt to violate this Agreement (or any part thereof) or promote or encourage such behavior;
(q) Use this service to damage, disable, weaken or endanger this service, Huawei system or its security, or overload it, interfere with other computer systems of you or any other party, and invade or access this service or Huawei content (as defined below) or data without authorization.
10. Huawei content
Intellectual property rights of content (including but not limited to web pages, texts, pictures, audio, video, business logos, etc.). The "Huawei in-app payment" service provided by Huawei in the process is owned by Huawei and its affiliated companies. The above intellectual property rights are protected by law, and you promise not to use or create related content and derivative works in any form without the written permission of Huawei or relevant rights holders.
Huawei and/or Huawei's licensors reserve all rights in all information obtained from or through this service, including but not limited to text, video and audio, pictures, icons, applications, designs, software, scripts, programs, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, logos and other materials and services, as well as the appearance and experience of the aforementioned content (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Huawei Content"). Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, your access to and/or use of this service does not constitute the transfer of any ownership or other rights of this service or its contents to you or any other person.
You may not change, copy, extract, modify or add Huawei content in any way, or sell, copy, disseminate, license or abuse Huawei content. If you need to republish, extract, copy, disseminate or otherwise use any Huawei content, you must contact Huawei in advance and obtain Huawei's prior written permission, unless it is explicitly stipulated in this agreement. This clause does not affect any of your rights under applicable mandatory laws.

12. Control of this service
You understand and agree that we have the right to take necessary measures to ensure that you comply with this Agreement and applicable laws, or orders or requirements of courts, decrees, administrative organs or other government agencies to operate and improve this service (including but not limited to fraud prevention, risk assessment, investigation and customer support).
Privacy and data collection.
In order to provide you with more stable services and ensure the security of your transactions, Huawei will collect and process your personal information according to the privacy statement and statement of this service.
14. Give up
This service is for your personal use only and shall not be provided to any third party. You agree that Huawei and its affiliates, principals, directors, employees, contractors, agents, third-party payment service providers, partners, licensors and distributors (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Huawei") will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of this service.
In the course of using this service, it may be interrupted, delayed or interfered for an unknown period of time due to uncontrollable reasons. You agree that Huawei will not be liable for any claims arising from or related to the above interruption, delay, interference or similar failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Huawei will not be responsible for any damage caused by your or any other person's inability to access or use this service due to the following reasons:
(a) Huawei's maintenance or upgrade of the system or software and hardware leads to the suspension or termination of this service;
(b) Communication delay or failure of systems or networks not owned or controlled by Huawei;
(c) The contract or other agreement between Huawei and any third-party payment service provider is suspended, cancelled or terminated;
(d) Errors or interruptions caused by hacker attacks or similar security impacts;
(e) Other reasons beyond Huawei's reasonable control.
This service is provided on an "as is" and "as is" basis, without any form of guarantee or recognition. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Huawei does not recognize any express or implied warranties, conditions or other agreements, nor does it make any guarantees, promises, statements or guarantees in respect of the following aspects:
(a) The completeness, accuracy, reliability or timeliness of any content obtained under or through this service;
(b) Whether there are defects, errors, viruses, loopholes or other harmful factors in this service or the server hosting this service;
(c) whether the shortcomings in the operation or function of the service will be corrected;
(d) Whether the guarantee related to the specific function of this service or any information obtained when you use or access this service is reliable, high-quality or accurate;
(e) whether this service is safe and correct;
(f) Whether the service is reliable, high-quality, accurate, available or able to meet your needs, produce specific results or achieve specific results.
Huawei is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by relying on, using or interpreting this service in whole or in part, or by information obtained when you (or anyone else) access and/or use this service.
The laws of some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties, guarantees or liabilities in contracts. If these laws apply to you, all or part of the above exclusions or restrictions may not apply to you. Nothing in this agreement will affect your legal rights as a consumer, nor will it affect your right not to agree to change or give up through the contract.
15. You terminated it.
You can terminate this agreement by canceling your Huawei account.
16. Huawei terminates or suspends.
We can temporarily or permanently suspend, cancel or restrict your access to this service in whole or in part at any time in accordance with applicable laws, without any responsibility to any individual or third party. We will try our best to inform you before taking the above actions. However, under the following circumstances, we may immediately restrict, cancel or terminate your access to this service in whole or in part, permanently or temporarily, without prior notice to you:
(a) You violate or Huawei has reason to believe that you will violate this Agreement, including any agreements, policies or guidelines contained therein;
(b) You or anyone acting on your behalf are involved in fraudulent or illegal activities or provide false or misleading information to Huawei;
(c) Responding to requests from law enforcement departments or government agencies according to effective legal procedures;
(d) Perform emergency system or hardware maintenance and updating;
(e) For unforeseen technical, safety or commercial reasons.
The expiration or termination of this Agreement shall not affect the conditions clearly stipulated in this Agreement that it can operate or continue to be effective after its expiration or termination, nor shall it affect any rights or obligations that have occurred or any rights or obligations that should continue to be effective after the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Any terms in this agreement, whether express or by nature, shall remain valid after the termination of this agreement, and shall remain fully valid after the termination of this agreement until the conditions in these terms are met or due to their nature.
17. Revision of this Agreement
Huawei has been updating, modifying and improving this service. Huawei can add or delete the functions or performance of this service, set new restrictions or temporarily suspend or permanently stop providing the service; Huawei may also modify the agreement at any time based on the update of the service.
If this service or the revision of this agreement will seriously affect you or severely restrict access to or use of this service, we will inform you within a reasonable period before the change. In order to meet the safety, legal or regulatory requirements, we may not be able to meet the notification time requirements of the above revision service, but we will inform you as soon as possible.

The validity, interpretation, modification, execution and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of People's Republic of China (PRC) and Chinese mainland. In the absence of relevant laws, reference should be made to general international business practices and/or industry practices.
Disputes arising from this agreement will be settled through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court in Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China for acceptance and adjudication.
19. General trading conditions
This service or third parties may provide links to other websites or resources. You understand and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of such external websites or resources, nor do we endorse such websites or resources in any form, nor are we responsible for any content, advertisements, products or other information obtained therefrom. You further understand and agree that we are not responsible for any damage or loss caused or claimed to be caused or related to you by using or relying on any content, goods or services obtained from or through such websites or resources.
Nothing in this agreement shall be regarded as establishing any cooperation or agency relationship between you and Huawei. Neither party has the right to bear any responsibilities, debts or expenses in the name or on behalf of the other party, nor to sign any contract or other agreement.
Huawei shall not be liable for its failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement or these conditions of service due to events beyond its reasonable control.
Huawei has the right to transfer, subcontract or replace Huawei's rights and obligations under this agreement.
If any clause (or any part of any clause) in this Agreement is deemed invalid, invalid or unenforceable by a competent court or any other competent institution, it shall be deemed to have been deleted from this Agreement, but any other clause still has legal effect.
