During this period, nucleic acid detection should be carried out in strict accordance with the specified requirements and frequency to ensure early detection, early reporting, early isolation and early treatment, and the code should be given. After all health management measures are completed, transcoding should be applied in time.

3. Returnees from outside the city should report to the destination village, unit and hotel 3 days in advance, and report to the village and unit as soon as possible after returning; All must have a negative report of nucleic acid test within 24 hours, and do another nucleic acid test within 24 hours after entering the prescription; Closed-loop transportation, no public transport, strict 7-day home health monitoring as required, no walking around, no contact with others, no party activities and no free activities until the 7-day home health test expires and the nucleic acid test is negative.

Fourth, the first destination of returnees is the village, which is responsible for strengthening health management; If the first destination is a hotel, hotel or other accommodation place, the business entity of the accommodation place is responsible for checking the nucleic acid test certificate of the check-in personnel within 24 hours, and requires the check-in personnel to conduct a nucleic acid test every 24 hours until leaving the party concerned.
