Does your xzp touch screen sometimes fail or break?

If the touch screen of the mobile phone is insensitive/out of order, it is suggested that:

1. Check whether there is a film on the phone. If you have any suggestions, cancel the film on the screen and try again.

2. If the touch screen of the mobile phone is completely out of order, I suggest you restart the machine and observe it again.

3. Try to update the mobile phone system version (note: please back up the data in the device before upgrading).

4. If it is invalid, back up the data in the device (contacts, text messages, photos, etc. ) and try to restore the factory settings.
