You can cancel the debit card SMS reminder service through the counter, personal online banking, mobile banking and smart counter.

Note: the service fee is charged annually, and the one-year service fee is paid in one lump sum according to the signing date from the month after the service is opened, and will not be refunded after deduction. For details, please consult 95566 manual or online customer service of Bank of China.
