Lenovo s890 SMS function shows no dialogue, and the SMS sent by others cannot be found. What are the reasons and how to recover?

1. Please connect the mobile phone to the computer through the data cable and open the pea pods synchronization software (or synchronization software with the same function) on the computer. 2. If Le Security, 360 Mobile Security Guard or other software similar to the address book is installed on the fuselage, it is possible to mistakenly hide call records and text messages or have compatibility problems.
