Notice on Prevention and Control of Civil Servants' Written Examination in 2022 by the Central Authorities and Their Directly affiliated Institutions in Shandong Test Area

1. Candidates who take part in the written examination for the recruitment of civil servants in the 2022 annual examination of the central government and its directly affiliated institutions in Shandong test area must apply for the Shandong Electronic Health Pass Code and the Communication Big Data Travel Card in advance, consciously take temperature measurement and health status monitoring every day, and take the initiative to reduce going out, unnecessary meetings and personal contacts before the examination to ensure good health during the examination period.

Shandong electronic health pass code and communication big data travel card can be applied through WeChat and Alipay "electronic health pass card" applet, and displayed by mobile phone when entering the test center.

2. On the day of the test, the candidates' body temperature is normal at the scene, and they can take the test only if they hold the green card of Shandong Electronic Health Access Code, the green card of communication big data travel card and the negative certificate of COVID-19 nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the first test. The paper version of the negative certificate of nucleic acid test must be submitted to the invigilator when entering the examination room, and 1 copy must be submitted for each examination.

Third, non-green code candidates should take the initiative to report to the epidemic prevention and control department where the test center is located and the personnel examination institution in the city where the test center is located, and inform them of their residence, contact and medical history, and the local expert group will determine the examination arrangement after evaluation.

Four, candidates with the following special circumstances, should take the initiative to declare to the city where the test center is located before the test, and comply with the following requirements:

1. Candidates in any of the following circumstances must hold two negative nucleic acid test certificates with an interval of more than 24 hours within 14 days before the test, of which 1 time is the negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before the test, and take the test in an isolated examination room:

(1) Before the test 14 days, there is a history of living and contact in prefecture-level cities and adjacent areas with proliferation risks in China;

(2) Having lived in key epidemic areas with moderate or high risk, and leaving these areas for less than 2 1 day;

③ The epidemic occurred within 2 1 day in the residential area;

④ Those who have lived abroad and have lived in China for 2 1 day but less than 28 days.

2. Candidates who return to Shandong from local epidemic provinces within 0/4 days before the test/KLOC-shall provide negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before departure and negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours after entering Shandong, and take the test in a separate examination room.

3. In case of fever, cough and other symptoms on/0/4 days before the test, you must provide the diagnosis certificate issued by the medical institution and the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the test, and take the test in the isolated examination room.

4. The confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons who have been cured and discharged 14 days should hold the health examination report within 7 days before the test. The physical examination is normal, the lung imaging shows that the lung lesions are completely absorbed, and the nucleic acid tests twice every 24 hours are negative, so they can participate in the test in the isolation examination room.

Five, there are the following candidates, shall not take the exam:

1. Confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons and close contacts of monks during isolated observation;

2. Those who have developed fever, cough and other symptoms within 0/4 days before the exam and have not recovered and have not ruled out infectious diseases and physical discomfort;

3. Persons who have lived in key epidemic areas with moderate or high risk and left the above areas for less than 14 days;

4. Those who have lived abroad and have lived in China for less than 2 1 day;

5. Failing to provide health certificates such as negative nucleic acid test certificates as required.

6. On the day of the exam, if candidates have symptoms such as cough, dyspnea, diarrhea and fever during admission or during the exam, and can continue to take the exam after professional evaluation and comprehensive judgment, they will be arranged to take the exam in an isolated examination room.

7. Candidates must undergo temperature measurement when entering the test center, and verify the Shandong electronic health pass code, communication big data travel card, negative certificate of nucleic acid test, admission ticket and valid resident ID card. Candidates are requested to reserve sufficient admission time, and it is recommended to arrive at the test center at least 1 hour in advance. Candidates must obey the command of the staff of the test center, keep a "one-meter line" and queue up for admission in an orderly manner.

8. During the examination, the invigilator will organize all candidates to sign the candidate's health commitment letter, and ask the candidates to know the contents of the health commitment letter in advance and sign it truthfully as required.

Nine, candidates should bring their own disposable medical masks or surgical masks. In addition to taking off the mask as required when accepting identity verification, you should always wear the mask when entering and leaving the test center and during the examination.

Ten, to take the exam, please prepare personal protective equipment, strict personal protection, keep hand hygiene. Arrange transportation and accommodation reasonably, and pay attention to food hygiene.
