Within a natural month, if the same vehicle fails to pay the road parking fee for 5- 10 consecutive times, or the accumulated arrears amount is more than 200 yuan and less than 500 yuan, 200 yuan will be fined;

The charging standard is 1. The daytime parking fee for road parking in this city is 1 unit, and the night parking fee is 2 hours 1 unit. The parking fee can only be collected when it reaches 1 unit, and there is no charge below 1 unit.

If the motor vehicle is parked across the day-night demarcation point and the parking time is less than one time unit before the day-night demarcation point, the parking fee shall be charged according to the charging standard and time unit before the demarcation point, and the parking fee shall not be charged in two installments.

3. The District Transportation Commission, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Finance Bureau can dynamically adjust the charging standard of parking fees for roads in specific sections of the jurisdiction at night according to management needs, and the charging standard is not higher than the current daytime charging standard in similar areas in principle.

4. Medium-sized (inclusive) buses and light-duty trucks are charged according to the standard of small cars, and large buses and light trucks are charged according to the standard of large cars.

5.
