Xinxiang’s last numbers for restricted driving in December: From December 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, the last numbers of restricted motor vehicle license plates from Monday to Friday are: 1 and 6, 2 and 7, and 3 and 8, 4 and 9, 5 and 0. If the license plate number ends in a letter, the last digit shall prevail. Foreign license plates are also restricted, and temporary license plates are also restricted.

Travel restrictions in Xinxiang: 8:00-19:00 from Monday to Friday on weekdays, no restrictions on legal holidays and Saturdays and Sundays.
