2. Enter Ciming Physical Examination official website address in the address bar: Ciming Physical Examination.

3. Find the physical examination report query button in the middle of the website, as shown by the red arrow in the figure below:

4. Find the Report Query button in the column and click Open, as shown by the red arrow:

5. After opening, according to the prompt, enter the query code, password and verification code, and click the query button below to query the results of the physical examination report.

Matters needing attention in inquiring the medical examination report:

1. The personal medical report belongs to personal privacy and there are no special circumstances. Please don't disclose the inquiry code and password of the personal medical report to others.

2. The report of the general third-party medical examination center is not the final judgment. If there is any abnormality, the report of the third-party medical examination institution and the medical staff of the medical examination center will prompt the medical examiner to go to the corresponding specialized hospital for further treatment.
