Unable to receive SMS for the following reasons:

1. The mobile phone number is in arrears, for example, it is in an abnormal state such as lock-up period/shutdown;

2. You can check whether the mailbox is full first. If it is full, please delete some information.

3. If you still can't receive it after deleting it, you can change your mobile phone or card to see if the information is intercepted due to hardware factors or software downloaded from your mobile phone;

4. Can the non-Unicom short messages be received normally? If so, did you apply for blocking the short messages sent by 100 10 port before? You can log in to Unicom's online business hall to consult online customer service, or you can go to the local business hall.
