How to charge for sending SMS to PHS?

I have written the following answer for a long time. If you are interested, please read:)

The number of short messages sent by mobile users to PHS is 0. 15 yuan/message.

The problems about the long split of short message content are as follows: the maximum number of words per short message content supported by mobile network is 140 bytes (70 Chinese characters); However, PHS network supports that the maximum number of words per short message is 1 16 bytes (58 Chinese characters). 1 Chinese character =2 bytes.

As a mobile user, the fee is calculated according to the number of short messages you send on the mobile network. If you send 180 Chinese characters, the short message will be divided into three parts on the mobile network. The first one has 70 Chinese characters, the second one has 70 Chinese characters and the third one has 40 Chinese characters. In other words, you will be charged 0.45 yuan.

When these three short messages are forwarded to the PHS core network system, they will be further divided into five. The principle may be a little troublesome. If you are interested, just have a look ~ hehe ~

The first 140 byte short message from mobile should be split into 1 16 bytes and 34 bytes; The second is also divided into 1 16 bytes and 34 bytes; The third item of 80 bytes does not need to be split.

If you calculate carefully, you will find that the two short messages split by PHS network have increased by 10 bytes, and become 150 bytes. This is because when the first 70 Chinese characters forwarded by mobile reach the PHS network for splitting, the PHS network will recognize the split short message, and the first short message after splitting will be preceded by "(1/2)". Add "(2/2)" before the minute message, that is, each minute message automatically adds 5 bytes, adding 10 bytes in total. Sometimes, there will be code conversion during message transmission ... too many, so I won't go into details.

Sometimes a short message you say is only a few words, which is generally caused by different network splitting rules between the two sides. In particular, PHS network will be split twice after mobile splitting, which easily leads to the extremely short middle message and the last message.

It's hard to write. Give me a reward. .......
