1, age: 18 years old and under 70 years old;

2. Height: not less than150 cm;

3. Vision: The naked vision or corrected vision of both eyes is above 4.9 in the logarithmic visual acuity chart;

4, color discrimination: no red and green color blindness;

5, hearing: two ears are 50 cm away from the tuning fork to distinguish the direction of the sound source;

6. Upper limbs: the thumbs of both hands are sound, the other fingers of each hand must be sound, and the motor functions of limbs and fingers are normal;

7. Lower limbs: the motor function is normal, and the unequal length of both lower limbs shall not be greater than 5 cm;

8. Trunk and neck: no motor dysfunction.

Second, the registration materials

To apply for a driver's license for the first time, an application form shall be filled in and the following materials shall be submitted:

1. Original and photocopy of the applicant's ID card;

2. 4 one-inch photos of the applicant;

3. Physical condition certificate issued by medical institutions above the community.

Third, the time and place of the exam

Employees who apply for the driver's license of tractors and combine harvesters in the whole region shall bring relevant information to the agricultural machinery service center in the district and register on the spot every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control work, the participants in the agricultural machinery driver examination provide travel codes and health codes.
