2. if you don't register your mobile phone number to receive electricity bill short messages, you can follow and bind "China southern power grid 95598" public platform > personal center > notification management > click "+"> fill in the new contact information according to the prompts, and check "subscribe to SMS electricity bill notice" under the notification service column to submit.

The user number required for binding through the above channels can be found on the electricity bill and electricity bill.
