How to cancel the SMS service of ABC debit card?

Hello! The SMS notification of our bank involves debit cards, credit cards and corporate accounts, and the SMS notification methods for account cancellation of different types of accounts are different, as follows:

1. If you need to cancel the SMS notification of debit card, you can do it through our personal banking APP: please click "Home → All → Assistant → SMS notification → Maintenance/Cancel" in turn (when doing so, all bound mobile phone numbers displayed on the page will be cleared).

In addition, you can also cancel the debit card SMS notification service through our personal online banking and counter channels.

Reminder: If the SMS knows the arrears, you need to pay first and then cancel.

2. Please log in to Zhangyin APP, click Home-Credit Card-Card Manager-SMS Service or call our credit card center hotline 4006695599 to cancel the SMS reminder service for full credit card transfer.

3. To notify the account cancellation by SMS, the enterprise shall provide the following application materials to the bank: (1) Electronic Banking (Enterprise) Application Form. The contents of the application form shall not be altered, stamped with the reserved seal of the account to be registered and the official seal of the enterprise, and signed by the legal representative or authorized agent of the enterprise. (2) A copy of the valid identity certificate of the legal representative. (3) The original and photocopy of the valid identity certificate of the agent. (4) The power of attorney of legal person shall be signed and sealed by the legal representative or authorized agent of the enterprise and stamped with the official seal of the enterprise. When the legal representative handles it in person, it is not necessary to provide the legal person's power of attorney; When the authorized agent handles it in person, it is not necessary to provide the power of attorney of the legal person, but the original and photocopy of the authorization document issued by the legal representative of the enterprise to the authorized agent are required. Tips: (1) The enterprise will inform the mobile phone number by SMS, and the unbound mobile phone number will receive a SMS prompt for cancellation; (2) If there is arrears when canceling the enterprise message service, it can only be cancelled after payment. (It is recommended to check with the bank outlets according to the actual situation. )
