One day overdue, the software will not contact the emergency contact.

The staff will send an overdue SMS notification. If the arrears are not paid off within three days, the staff will call for a reminder. Once the overdue time exceeds one month, the staff will take dunning measures and start calling the address book and emergency contacts.

If the attitude is not good, even if it is two weeks, the staff will contact the emergency contact person, so there is no fixed time to contact the emergency contact person, and how long it will be overdue. It depends on the repayment attitude.
