I think the boy whose speech always ends with "ha", I think he is just a kind of spoken language. It may be that his parents didn't discipline him well when he was young or when his children spoke, which made him form such a position. So some people can't help but add a word at the end when they speak. I think this cannot be changed. Therefore, sometimes they should change their way of speaking from an early age and try to add less oral words. I think sometimes they are growing up, and sometimes they bring some jokes to others in the process of some work and life. Moreover, when you do something and say a word, you carry such a cloud and feel that you are not serious about what you are doing.
