According to the spirit of the Notice on Orderly Resuming Off-campus Teaching of Off-campus Training Institutions by the Leading Group for Epidemic Prevention and Control and Economic Operation Coordination of the Municipal Party Committee, and on the premise of verifying the conditions for off-campus training institutions and venues to resume work one by one in the early stage, combined with the situation of epidemic prevention and control in our region, the relevant matters concerning the orderly resumption of off-campus training institutions and venues are hereby notified as follows:

First, the time to return to work.

Off-campus training institutions and stadiums that meet the epidemic prevention and control conditions and pass the verification will resume offline teaching in an orderly manner from May 1 1 2022, and those who fail the verification will not return to work.

Second, the return to work requirements

1. All off-campus training institutions and stadiums should clean and disinfect the training places in an all-round way before resuming offline teaching. Before and after each training activity, cleaning, scientific disinfection and sterilization must be carried out, and windows should be opened for ventilation.

2. Before off-campus training institutions and stadiums resume off-line teaching, it is necessary to dynamically and accurately grasp the health status of all teachers and students and their * * * residents for 14 days before the resumption of classes, and establish and improve health accounts. All employees must return to their posts with negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and check the travel code and health code. After the offline teaching is resumed, all employees must do nucleic acid testing twice a week.

3. All off-campus training institutions and stadiums should strictly implement relatively closed management, so that the person in charge is responsible, the regional division is reasonable, the personnel registration and investigation records are complete, and parents of students and other irrelevant personnel are not allowed to enter the training place. Teachers and students were asked to wear masks, check their body temperature and scan the personal code of the students' location in reverse. Courier, parcel and takeaway are not allowed in. Do not hold exchange activities such as study abroad, try to narrow the scope of personnel activities and reduce cross-flow of personnel.

Third, safeguard measures.

District Education and Sports Bureau should further strengthen supervision, urge off-campus training institutions and stadiums to implement the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, and continue to strengthen supervision and inspection. Once found, the off-campus training institutions will be investigated and punished according to the law and regulations until their qualifications for running schools are banned.
