How to refund the flight ticket?

The vertical and horizontal refund methods for air travel are as follows:

1. Go to the "Travel" homepage and click on the seat information.

2. Enter "Seat Information" and click Cancel Seat Selection.

3. Enter "Cancel seat selection", check the matters needing attention in seat selection, and click Continue.

4. Enter the "Cancel seat selection" input code page, enter the verification code, and click Cancel seat selection.

5. Prompt "You have successfully cancelled seat selection" to prove that you have successfully cancelled check-in.
