The notice requires that the first-time nurses in the fever clinic should register the basic information of teachers, students and employees in the fever clinic. Those with the above epidemiological history should be guided to the specialist clinic of the fever clinic, and those without epidemiological history should be guided to the general clinic of the fever clinic. First-time doctors in fever clinics should inquire about the epidemiological history in detail, and make standardized diagnosis and treatment according to the requirements of novel coronavirus's diagnosis and treatment plan.

The notice requires that medical institutions should strictly grasp the observation indications and should not arbitrarily expand the scope of observation.
