2. After entering the business process of your own motor vehicle filing, you can choose the way of scanning code or SMS filing. After the operation, I have to do the live video authentication of the filing information. After the video authentication is passed, it means that the record is successful.

For the case that the public security untrusted identity authentication is not enabled or the real person authentication fails, users need to upload photos of their ID cards or driver's licenses. The background of the system will be audited within one working day, and will be sent to the owner in the form of short message after it is approved.

Users can apply for filing non-owned motor vehicles at Traffic Management 12 123. After the filing is successful, you can inquire about the traffic violations recorded by the traffic technical monitoring equipment of non-owned motor vehicles, and you can deal with the illegal records of electronic monitoring that apply simple procedures after the non-owned motor vehicles are not scored or filed.

Archiving rules:

(1) Only non-operating motor vehicles under the names of individuals or units are allowed to be registered, and the registered vehicles must be small cars or small new energy vehicles;

(2) The number of non-motor vehicles registered by users at the same time shall not exceed 3 (including 3);

(3) The same motor vehicle shall be filed by at most 3 (including 3) non-motor vehicle owners at the same time.

Non-personal motor vehicle filing process

After logging in to the "Traffic Management12123" app, users can enter the business process of filing non-personal motor vehicles through the business center → filing non-personal motor vehicles, and users can choose to file non-personal motor vehicles by scanning code or SMS verification.

When applying for registration, the owner of a motor vehicle shall fill in the application form, submit the motor vehicle for examination, and submit the following documents and vouchers:

(3) The factory certificate of the whole motor vehicle or the import certificate of the imported motor vehicle;
