First, please report back to your hometown in advance. Please log in to the official account of "Gaoxin Fuzhou" WeChat in advance or register to return home through the civil administration APP after the school has made clear the winter vacation time, and take the initiative to report information such as time, method and colleagues to the village where the destination is located. Please refer to the attachment for details.

Second, be careful about the return guarantee. Please pay more attention to personal protection and take safe transportation on your way home. Be careful in the process of returning home, wear masks properly throughout the journey, and minimize exchanges and gatherings with fellow travelers. Pay more attention during your stay, don't stop over at your destination, shorten the return time as much as possible, travel at the wrong peak and travel safely.

Three, epidemic prevention policies must be observed.

1. For students returning from high-risk areas to high-tech zones: 7 days of home isolation medical observation should be conducted, and the implementation time of the measures should be calculated from the time they leave the high-risk areas. If it has been more than 7 days, it is necessary to carry out nucleic acid testing, and health management can only be terminated if the result is negative.

2. Students who have returned to high-tech zones in key domestic areas: those who have lived in Hebei, Henan, Xinjiang, Tibet, Inner Mongolia, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Guangdong, Lanzhou, Gansu, Xining, Sichuan, Chengdu, Xi 'an, Shaanxi, Wuhan, Hubei, Chaoyang, Beijing and other areas within 7 days must take the initiative to report to their communities, units or hotels as soon as possible, and must do so nearby when entering the area. The above areas will be dynamically adjusted according to the notice of Fuzhou epidemic prevention and control headquarters.

3. Students returning from other parts of China to the High-tech Zone: they need to hold a negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours, and strictly implement the "five days and five inspections" and "three noes" after arriving at the zone.
