China Mobile Communications Group Jiangxi Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Mobile (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., with companies in 11 cities and 85 counties in Jiangxi Province. On August 18, 1999, according to the State Council's plan for telecommunications restructuring, Jiangxi Mobile Communications Company was established. In October 2000, the name was changed to "China Mobile Communications Group Jiangxi Mobile Communications Company". On July 1, 2002, it was successfully established.
